Coming out in November 2007 - Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
I can't wait for this game. I'm a sucker for anything that involves Jedis, and if this is anything like the Knights of the Old Republic games in terms of fun, this should be great.
The best part has to be that you get to play as Darth Vader's apprentice. So Dark Side Force Powers + Lightsabers = All Is Good In the ErwiNation
