A couple of updates on Iron Man. This movie is shooting up the charts for me in terms of Summer 2008 movies I can't wait to see.
First up, over at Comic Con in San Diego, they have on display the Iron Man Mark 1 Armor from the movie (Mark 1 being the original armor Tony Stark built while in captivity).

A couple of thoughts about it:
1) Robert Downey, Jr. IS Tony Stark. I get the same feeling watching him like I did the first time I saw footage of Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne. He just looks and sounds perfect.
2) How cool was that in the end when the Red and Gold armor finally shows up?

Movie Update: Iron Man
Next up, is a low-res video of the Iron Man footage that Jon Favreau showed in Comic Con. It's not the best quality, but it's good enough to make you really look forward to the movie.
