Series Premiere Thoughts: Pushing Daisies

I'll be honest: I had very high expectations for Pushing Daisies. I expected it to be great, I WANTED it to be great, and the hype from all the critics who absolutely loved the show further escalated the excitement from me.

And glad to say, I was not disappointed in the least. I was in love with the show within the first 10-15 minutes of it. Great writing, perfect casting, and it's just different from everything else that's out there in TV land right now. Not only is it my favorite new series this year, it's already up there as a top 5 favorite for me.

God, I hope this does not get canceled.
