Thoughts and comments:

1. Great to see Nestor Carbonell (aka Richard Alpert) back in the fold. Good thing Cane was not a hit at all, no? So Alpert was around when Ben was a kid, and when Locke was born, and looking exactly the same age. How old is he???

2. Locke = Anakin/Neo/Rand Al'Thor. He is the Child (gong sound here) of Destiny.

3. Yes, Hurley, I would miss mallomars too. I haven't had one in years but hearing Hurley mutter that in his sleep gave me a sudden craving.

4. Christian is Jacob's mouthpiece. And Claire was all comfy in the cabin. Why is Claire needed there I wonder?

5. Abbadon/Lt. Daniels was Locke's orderly, and the one who gave him the idea to do the Australian walkabout. Who is he working for? Last we saw him he was giving ol' Hurley the creeps at the looney bin. Is he one of the good guys after all?

6. How exactly are they going to move the island? And I am guessing through the time stream no?

7. "Destiny is a fickle bitch." 'Nuff said.
