Marzipan Madness

A co-worker of mine brought in a Raspberry Marzipan Cheesecake she baked herself.


I LOVE Marzipan. But I have to avoid sweets. Sigh.

I don't know what it is about Marzipan that I love so much. Maybe it's the Almond. I mean, my drink of choice at a Cafe is usually a Steamed Milk with Orzata Almond Syrup.

Good thing she didn't bring in a Chocolate Marzipan Cheesecake or else it's game over.
