Sean's thoughts here, some of mine are after the jump.
Forgive me again if some of my thoughts sound exactly like Sean's; can't help it, really did think the same exact things in some instances:
- Nice to see Parkman/Mohinder/Molly in a remake of My Two Dads. Parkman/Greg Grunberg's even playing the Paul Reiser wet blanket dad role while Mohinder's (sorry, I don't know what the actor's real name is, and I am to lazy to look it up on IMDB right now) playing Greg Evigan's Yang to Grunberg's Ying.
- Peter, take and open the f'n box already. Sheesh. I haven't seen a more indecisive protagonist than him since Hamlet. I loved it though when he went all Darth Vader on the traitor and used the Force Choke. But then he had to ruin it by going into his personal "To Be Or Not To Be" soliloquy, after getting his gang tats.
- Claire and Stalker Boy with their Superman/Lois Lane moment. Seriously, if I were to ever get one superpower, it would be flight, because apparently the ladies dig the flight.
- Oh, so that's why Andi in Reaper looked so familiar. It's Candice! Thanks for that one Sean.
- Now, I have no prior experience doing this, but I am guessing that breaking the window of a car parked in plain sight on a busy street in broad daylight is not the most effective way to steal said car. But I guess the Wonder Twins are wanted for murder, not for common sense.
- Best line I heard about Sylar, courtesy of Sean: "Great, Sylar is LOST. Hopefully he can defend himself against smoke monsters and polar bears?" Ha!
- So how did Sylar lose his powers? Did he actually lose them or was it forcibly taken from him? Or are they just latent right now? OR, is he still in Michelle/Candice's illusion, and he just thinks he has no powers anymore? The power of suggestion...
- Well, at least someone is giving members of the original Star Trek cast not named Shatner or Nimoy acting jobs.
- Sigh. I was hoping we wouldn't have to put up with Ali Larter/Nikki's horrible acting skills for a few more episodes.
- Anyway, while I am still liking Season 2, I am a bit worried it's going through a sophomore slump. The storylines are all a bit disjointed right now, and it just might be a simple case of too much going on at the same time that there seems to be no focus as a result. Or maybe I'm still suffering a hangover from the underwhelming season finale. Maybe when they finally introduce this season's Big Bad, things will get tighter.
